Donating to the Garland Public Library System is an excellent way to support your community and promote literacy. You can contribute by donating gently used books, magazines, Blu-rays, DVDs, CDs, and audiobooks to any of the Garland Public Library locations. Your donations help the library expand its collection and provide more resources to the community. You can also support the library by making a monetary donation online or in person. Your contributions are greatly appreciated and make a significant impact on the lives of those in your community. Donations the library does not add to the collection are passed along to the Friends of the library for their annual book sale. All proceeds go to helping the Garland Library.

Donated items may be dropped off at any Garland library location*. Items that are not in good enough condition for the library collection or the Friends of the Library book sale will be brought to a book recycling center. Monies earned from recycling are collected by the Friends of the Library and used for library programming and projects. No matter what, your donation benefits the Garland Libraries!
